1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on items purchased directly from our website or store, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • The product must be returned in a resaleable condition.
  • Please include your order number, name & address in the return parcel.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact emily@jamesalpe.co.uk and provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Please address your return too; James Alpe Vehicle Conversions, Lincoln Way, Salthill Industrial Estate, Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 1QD.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Ensure that the order number is clearly marked on the outside of the return package.
  • Ship the item back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. We recommend keeping a receipt for tracking purposes.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless agreed otherwise.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage or defect for our reference.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
