We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However:

- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a part is suitable before ordering.
If you are unsure whether a part is compatible, please contact us before placing your order.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.
5. Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse any order.
- Cancel an order due to pricing errors or stock shortages.
- Limit quantities purchased.
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
6. Payment
Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.
We accept payment methods offered through Shopify at checkout. If you would like to make payment via BACS, please contact emily@jamesalpe.co.uk
7. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Couriers
- Weather
- Customs
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
8. Returns
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your order within 30 days.
Returned items must:
- Be unused.
- Be in their original packaging.
- Be in a resalable condition.
Certain products may be excluded from returns, including:
- Special order items.
- Custom-made products.
- Items altered or fitted.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before ordering.
We cannot accept responsibility for costs arising from incorrect installation or ordering the wrong part.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products should be installed by suitably qualified persons.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect fitting or misuse.
12. Warranty
Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, details will be provided with the product where available.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
